It is a pleasure to bring to you our very new Nextec website.
At the time of hiring two new members of staff, we felt it was the right time to bring our website up to date with a fresh new look.
By listening to the fresh perspectives and ideas brought in by our two new members of staff, we set out to try and improve on our site, which we felt was ‘too brochure-ial’ and impersonal. We wanted a site that was more individual and bespoke to us.
By having various focus meetings, we were able to identify what was missing from our website and pitch creative ideas on what we wished to improve on, or simply include what we didn’t have before.
A new key feature of our site is the Customer Login area, which we hope our customers can utilise, such as ‘My Subscription’ or ‘My Bill’ to check their current leasing plans with us and check for any updates to their phone handsets or services.
A snapshot of our main business services are advertised on our new site that we are truly proud of; Business Hosted Telephony, Inbound Call Centre, PCI Compliance, Call Recording, and many more to help all areas of your telephony systems.
